Recipe of Mo:Mo for vacation homework

I prepared with my mom. After it was ready I found that it was little burned. But if anyone tries to make momo you can try my recipe but dont give too much heat or it will burn like mine.
The recipe is as follows.:
Ingredients;

4 cups flour

1 cup chopped fresh  dhaniya

1 cup chopped onions

4 small spoons cut garlic

4 small spoon  crushed ginger

2 small spoon jeera powder

1 small spoon dalchini powder

5 pepper

Cooking oil
Directions:

1.Mix together the flour and 1 and half cups of water in a bowl. Knead the dough well . Cover and let rest for 1 hour.
2.Meanwhile, mix together the , dhaniya, onions, garlic, ginger, jeera, dalchini , 2 small spoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a bowl.
3.Take little of dough and forming it into a ball. Place the ball on a flat surface and roll it into a round with a rolling pin. Repeat with the remaining dough.
4.put oil in steamer pan.
5.Place a tablespoon of the mixture in the middle of a wrapper. Holding the wrapper in your left hand. Use your right thumb and chor finger to start pinching the edges of the wrapper together. Pinch and fold until the edges of the circle close up like a little ball. Place the momo in the prepared steamer pan. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
6.Fill the steamer pot halfway with water and bring to a boil. Set the steamer pan with the momos on top of the pot and cover with a tight lid. Steam the momos until cooked, 8 to 9 minutes.


Your momo is prepared. you can eat it with a bit of momo-chatni or tomato sauce in your near shop.
