I prepared with my mom. After it was ready I found that it was little burned. But if anyone tries to make momo you can try my recipe but dont give too much heat or it will burn like mine. The recipe is as follows.: Ingredients; 4 cups flour 1 cup chopped fresh dhaniya 1 cup chopped onions 4 small spoons cut garlic 4 small spoon crushed ginger 2 small spoon jeera powder 1 small spoon dalchini powder 5 pepper Cooking oil Directions: 1.Mix together the flour and 1 and half cups of water in a bowl. Knead the dough well . Cover and let rest for 1 hour. 2.Meanwhile, mix together the , dhaniya, onions, garlic, ginger, jeera, dalchini , 2 small spoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a bowl. 3.Take little of dough and forming it into a ball. Place the ball on a flat surface and roll it into a round with a rolling pin.
